Athina Kafetsiou

Business Psychologist · Executive MBA, London Business School

A psychologist by training with an Executive MBA from London Business School, Athina works at the intersection of organisational psychology and business performance. In 2007 she founded her own London-based coaching practice, advising entrepreneurs, executives, and companies across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. In 2018 she mentored the University College London team that won the $1 million Hult Prize — the global student competition, run with the United Nations, whose award was presented by President Bill Clinton. Her approach is built on a structured, multidisciplinary system designed to help people reach potential they rarely realise they have. The Prova Five framework distils that system into a repeatable method.
